You SAVE $184.55 if you order this one 50 lb. bag versus fifty 1 lb. bags!
Here we are offering a fifty pound bag of our "#600 WHITE" color. This is just one of many base colors we offer that are used in our stone and tile formulas. Due to the strength of the pigment, usually very little color is necessary to achieve the color desired... usually measured by the gram! You can make stone, tile, brick, pavers, stepping stones, cobblestone, stone veneer, etc. with our concrete, cement, and plaster molds... But you're stuck starting with gray or white concrete and plaster. Why not add some color to your project! FREE instructions on color mixing and various custom coloring techniques are included with each mold purchase. We recommend using a gram scale, like a postage scale, to measure your color for your batches. Be sure to keep weight and formula records. Obviously, everyone has a different perception of color. So you'll have to experiment a bit to come up with your very own "custom" colors.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS WILL NOT TURN GRAY CONCRETE WHITE. It will lighten the gray concrete quite a bit, and is very useful when wanting to make a lighter color when using standard gray concrete. To achieve a pure "white" color or very light pink, tan, etc., it is sometimes better to start with white Portland cement and sand.
Please look at the photos to the left to see the difference between standard gray concrete, and gray concrete that has had four ounces of white concrete color added to 80 lbs. of Sand Mix concrete. The dark gray in the photo has had four ounces of Black color added to it.
Our "Dusting" technique allows you to use very little color per stone item made, and offers a virtually unlimited natural stone color combination. Visit our free www.TheMoldStore.info dedicated "Training and Instructions website for complete instructions, photos, and information.
When ordering more than one color, please be sure to ask us to combine the shipping to save you on shipping costs. We will refund any shipping overage you've paid after manually combining your shipping charges to the actual cost. Unfortuantely, we have to calculate manually as the store computer automatically just totals the individual shipping charges.
Our powdered concrete colors are available in one-pound, five-pound, 25-pound, and fifty-pound bags for cost savings if you have a very large project. And the color can be used to color concrete, mortar, plaster, grout, etc. We also offer safe, water-based, concrete stains for use in coloring and staining after your concrete is poured and in place.
