Return Shipping Instructions

You can send your purchase back to us, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return according to our policy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Return Instructions

All sales are final except if product is defective or if damaged during shipping. Shipping damage is the responsibility of the shipping company and a claim can be made directly with UPS or USPS. If you find that your order is damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Since most of our items include Free Shipping, we do not refund any customer shipping costs of returns due to customer not reading the complete listing and description. I’m sure you can agree that is fair. Our customer return rate over our last 28 years in business has been well below .01% of orders… and we ship world-wide.
