The "HOW TO" process is so simple... virtually anyone can do it!
It's like making a cake! But no oven is needed!
HERE'S HOW...
1. Lubricate the molds... a light vegetable oil will do if you don't have mold release.
2. Mix a bag of pre-mix concrete… get a shovel, water, and something to mix it in.
3. Add some concrete color, which is optional… unless you want just plain gray.
4. Pour mix into molds… vibrate a bit to compact concrete and release air bubbles.
5. Let the filled molds sit a day or so, undisturbed… over-night is fine.
6. Carefully flip the molds over the next day… and pop out what you’ve created from the mold!
That is obviously a simplified version of the process, but it is that easy. And FREE instructions and email support are included with each purchase.

WANT SOMETHING REALLY UNIQUE? CONSIDER THE OPUS ROMANO LAYOUT PATTERN .
This mold is part of our popular Opus Romano pattern of tiles and pavers. You seldom, if ever, see thick Pavers like these in the sizes needed to put together the Opus Romano patterns. And we have not seen pavers thick enough for driveways in an Opus Romano pattern anywhere else. Basically, the Opus Romano pattern needs four sizes which are 6"x6", 6"x12", 12"x12" and 12"x18". Or the less random pattern consists of three sizes that are 6"x6", 6"x12", and 12"x12". These patterns can also be made with eight-inch base sizes as well as this 6" base size. We offer our Wind Swept Tile in the 8" Opus Romano Patern sizes. The photos above of the Burnt Orange colored Opus Romano Pattern are in the 8" format just to illustrate what the pattern looks like. There are also drawing of the Opus Romano pattern there. We will also provide a copy of the patterns and instructions for you to lay the pavers out in a couple of different Opus Romano patterns.

We also offer the entire three-size and four-size Opus Romano Paver Molds in sets if you want to use either of those patterns. They are available as listings as well.
These #P12183 paver molds, like all of our tile and stone molds, can be used hundreds of times, as they are made with .093 high-impact, in extra-thick thickness, rubberized ABS Plastic for long life. The paver molds in this listing make a paver that is 12"x18"x3" thick and they are designed to be used for driveways, patios, walks, edginging, cobblestones, etc. We have hundreds of other different styles, sizes, textures, and shapes of molds to choose from . We normally recommend that these pavers be poured to at least 2.5" thick when being used for a driveway, and really prefer that they be poured to their full 3" thickness. You can custom finish these pavers, and make them in virtually any color that you can imagine. These pavers also make excellent Garden Edgings for flower and vegetable beds, walks, etc. and as patio pavers when poured to 1.5" thick. And don't forget that you can pour them to 1/2" thick and make floor tiles with these molds as well.
IN SUMMARY: Here are molds to make thick concrete driveway pavers that measure 12"x18"x3" and are capable of handling vehicular traffic over a properly packed sand and gravel base driveway.
